Potable Water. Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 2 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 2 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. The water and ice for human consumption shall be of suitable quality.
Potable Water. The Town will provide potable water, and may in the future provide reclaimed water, to the Project in accordance with its applicable ordinances, resolutions, operating regulations, policies and procedures. Potable water shall not be used for irrigation.
Potable Water. Potable water will be supplied to the Property by BJWSA or some other legally constituted public or private provider allowed to operate in the City. The City shall not be responsible for any construction, treatment, maintenance or costs associated with water service to the Property unless the City elects to provide such services with the agreement of the applicable utility authority then providing such service to the Property. Owner will construct or cause to be constructed all related infrastructure improvements within the Property, which will be maintained by it or the service provider as provided in any utility agreement between Owner and the service provider.
Potable Water. On all projects covered by this Agreement, the Employer will make available fresh drinking water changed out on a daily basis to the workers.
Potable Water. We ask that you conserve potable water while at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ River Boatyard. We do not regulate or meter the potable water outlets in the yard but please use this natural resource with discretion.
Potable Water. (a) Certain potable water Utility Facilities are located on the Mill Real Property described on Exhibit C and are used in supplying potable water from the local water utility to the Carbon Plant, and certain potable water Utility Facilities are located on the Carbon Plant Real Property described on Exhibit C and are used in supplying potable water from the local water utility to the Mill (such Utility Facilities are collectively referred to as the “Potable Water Utility Facilities”). The parties’ respective ownership of the Potable Water Utility Facilities described on Exhibit C. (b) The Mill Owner Easement Rights and the Ingevity Easement Rights each shall include a non-exclusive right to utilize the Potable Water Utility Facilities located on the other party’s property for the sole purpose of transporting potable water from the local water utility through the other party’s property to the Easement Right Holder’s property.
Potable Water. The University and the City agree that campus development proposed in the Initial Campus Master Plan and the Approved Development Schedule in Exhibit “B” to the Initial Campus Development Agreement, will not degrade the operating conditions for off- campus potable water facilities below the level of service standards adopted by the City. The University and the City agree that there is sufficient potable water facility capacity to accommodate the impacts of campus development proposed in the Initial Campus Master Plan to meet the future needs of the University for the duration of this Agreement, and that the University is vested for all such necessary capacity. The University and the City further agree that no off-campus potable water improvements need to be provided to maintain the City’s adopted level of service standard for potable water. The University has connected to the City of Lakeland potable water system point of service at its expense.
