Potential Dangers to Health and Safety. Employees have the right to be informed of any known potential dangers to their health and safety. An employee may refuse to perform assigned work when the employee has reasonable cause to believe that to do the assigned work may be a danger to the health or safety of himself/herself or anyone else at or near the workplace.
