Potential Insufficiency of Revenue. Neither the Authority nor the City makes any representations, covenants, or warranties to the Owner that the Revenue will be sufficient to pay the principal of or interest on the Note. Payment of the principal of and interest on the Note is limited solely and exclusively to the Revenue pledged under the terms of this Resolution, and is not payable from any other source whatsoever.
