Potential Non-Project Land Exchanges. Interior and PacifiCorp have identified in Parcel A the potential for the exchange of certain non-Project PacifiCorp-owned lands in the Klamath Basin. Should an exchange of these lands to a state or Federal entity take place, the terms of the exchange agreement shall be revenue-neutral to County governments.
