Common use of Potential Removal Clause in Contracts

Potential Removal. In the event Charities or PetSmart has any objection to any Adoption Partner employee or volunteer, Charities or PetSmart shall have the right to require Adoption Partner to commence appropriate procedures to remedy the basis of any such objection. Upon reasonable request, PetSmart or Charities, in its sole discretion, may require the removal of the employee or volunteer from the Adoption Center or any other designated areas.
