Power Charges. Each month, the greater of (i) the Power Charge for the aggregate amount of power actually consumed (expressed in kWh) by all power-consuming devices in the Customer Area, and (ii) the Power Charge for the volume of power represented by the then-current Specified Power Draw (expressed in kWh).
Power Charges. (i) The Power Charges for the STP Facilities including the I&D Works shall initially be borne by the Concessionaire, which shall be reimbursed by NMCG to the Concessionaire, subject to a quarterly cap of: (A) the Power Charges based on the Digha Guaranteed Energy Consumption separately for both STP Facilities and I&D Works; and (B) the Power Charges based on the Kankarbagh Guaranteed Energy Consumption, separately for both STP Facilities and I&D Works.
(ii) The Power Charges for any given quarter of the O&M Period will be calculated as follows:
(A) For the units of energy consumed from the grid (as evidenced by a copy of the xxxx issued by the distribution licensee), the Power Charges will be calculated by multiplying the number of units consumed in such quarter (subject to the Guaranteed Energy Consumption for the energy consumed by the relevant STP Facility) with the Power Unit Rate.
(B) If the Concessionaire procures power from outside Bihar, then, the Power Unit Rate will be the prevalent power unit rate in Bihar or the tariff at which the Concessionaire procures power from outside Bihar, whichever is lower.
(C) If there is any interruption in the supply of power from the grid, and the Concessionaire uses backup power supply from the DG Sets, then,
(I) the Concessionaire's Representative and BUIDCO shall jointly take readings from the meters installed at the DG Sets to determine the number of units of energy consumed from the DG Sets for O&M of the relevant STP Facility;
(II) the number of units of energy consumed from the DG Sets (determined as per (I) above) shall be adjusted such that the aggregate of the total number of units consumed from the grid and the total number of units consumed from the DG Sets shall not exceed the Guaranteed Energy Consumption for the relevant STP Facility (Adjusted DG Set Units);
(III) the quantity of diesel consumed to generate the Adjusted DG Set Units in the relevant quarter shall be calculated by BUIDCO based on the rated specific fuel consumption of the DG Sets specified by the manufacturers of the DG Sets; and
(IV) the Power Charges for the Adjusted DG Set Units will be calculated by multiplying the quantity of diesel consumed (determined as per (III) above) with the Fuel Price.
(D) For each STP Facility, the Concessionaire shall be liable to pay liquidated damages to BUIDCO for any units of energy consumed beyond the Guaranteed Energy Consumption (whether from the grid or from the DG Sets) for such STP Facility (P...

Power Charges. The Xxxxx Company shall pay Xxxxx R&M for power consumed by Air Products' for the manufacture and delivery of High Pressure Hydrogen supplied to the Xxxxx Company each month. The monthly Power Charge is composed of a Capacity Charge, an operations and maintenance charge (O&M Charge), and a Fuel Charge as follows: Pc\\n\\ = (CC + OM\\n\\)* ACF\\n\\ / 0.95 * TKWH\\n\\ / GKWH\\n\\ + FC\\n\\ * (TKWH\\n\\ -FALKWH\\n\\) Where: Pc\\n\\ = The Power Charge for billing month n. ACF\\n\\ = The Average Capacity Factor calculated on a rolling average basis for the most recent 36 month period, including the current billing month n, or for the actual number of billing months since the Commencement Date, in accordance to Section 5.1.1. Power Charges. Power Charges shall have the meaning set forth in the Rate Agreement.
Power Charges. (a) Power may be charged separately and in addition to any colocation services fees, as specified in a Service Order.
(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Service Schedule, 2degrees may pass on to the Customer all increases in the cost of power immediately they occur. Any such increased power rates automatically supersede existing rates. 2degrees must notify the Customer promptly after any such increase in rates. A failure to notify does not negate the Customer’s obligation to pay the higher rates.

Power Charges. (a) The Commission hereby covenants and agrees to calculate, revise and impose, from time to time, Power Charges sufficient to provide moneys in the amounts and at the times necessary to satisfy the Retail Revenue Requirements as specified by the Department.
(b) Power Charges and Bond Charges shall be established by the Commission without regard to the levels or amounts of any particular rates or charges authorized by the Commission to be charged by any Electrical Corporation for electrical power sold by such Electrical Corporation.
(c) The Commission acknowledges that, as provided by Section 80112 of the Act, Power Charges shall be property of the Department for all purposes under California law.
(d) The Commission agrees that it shall calculate and impose Power Charges no later than 120 days following the delivery to the Commission by the Department of a statement of new or revised Retail Revenue Requirements that complies with Article IV hereof.
