Common use of Power Charges Clause in Contracts

Power Charges. Each month, the greater of (i) the Power Charge for the aggregate amount of power actually consumed (expressed in kWh) by all power-consuming devices in the Customer Area, and (ii) the Power Charge for the volume of power represented by the then-current Specified Power Draw (expressed in kWh).
