Power Input Alarm Indicator located on the front panel of the IPU shall be green for normal condition and red whenever any circuit breaker or power input to the IPU has failed. 3. Power Output Alarm Indicator located on the front panel of the IPU shall be green for normal condition and red whenever an internal power fail condition is detected. 4. Activity Status Indicator located on the front panel of the IPU shall be green for normal condition and red whenever a failure condition within the processor unit is detected. 5. Standby Status Amber indicator located on the front panel of the IPU shall be lit whenever the processor is assigned to the standby state. 6. Power Indicator Green indicator located on the back panel of the IPU shall be lit whenever -48V is applied to the internal power supply. 7. Alarm Card Indicator located on the front panel of the IPU shall be green for normal condition and red whenever the alarm card has failed Lamp Test The IPU shall contain a lamp test button located on the front panel that will turn all of the single colored lamps on the front panel "on" and "off" while pushed. Also, all multicolored lamps will alternate through the various colors and "off" while the button is pushed. PHYSICAL INTERFACE REQUIREMENTS All of the physical interface connections shall be located on the rear of the chassis. See Figure 3.

  • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

  • Designated Equipment; Designated Locations The System and the Data Access Services shall be used and accessed solely on and through the Designated Configuration at the offices of the Fund or the Fund Accountants in Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx (“Designated Locations”).

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Supplier Selection If Customer selects a seat or galley supplier that is not on the Boeing recommended list, such seat or galley will become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.

  • Additional Products Throughout the Term, Rockwell shall provide to DaVita and the DaVita Facilities the right to purchase and/or lease all current or new products manufactured, utilized, licensed, sold or distributed by Rockwell or any of its Affiliates (including products and product lines acquired by Rockwell or any of its Affiliates as a result of an acquisition, merger or other transaction involving Rockwell or any of its Affiliates) that are or that become Commercially Available and which are not already covered by this Agreement or by any other agreement, whether written or oral, between the parties hereto (such products are collectively referred to as “Additional Products” and individually as an “Additional Product”). Rockwell agrees to include DaVita in all of its and its Affiliates distributions of customer announcements regarding Rockwell’s or its Affiliates’ Additional Products. The purchase price for any such Additional Products shall be negotiated by the parties hereto in good faith and the agreed upon purchase price shall be memorialized in writing as a supplement or amendment to this Agreement. Rockwell covenants and agrees that it shall only make an offer for the sale of any Additional Product(s) to DaVita’s Vice-President of Clinical Operations, Chief Medical Officer, or Vice-President of Purchasing, and not to any DaVita Facility directly; provided that the purchase of any Additional Product by DaVita or any DaVita Facility through a Rockwell product catalog made generally available to the dialysis community shall not be a breach by Rockwell of this Section 8.1. If Rockwell or any of its Affiliates acquires any Additional Product(s) as a result of an acquisition, merger or other transaction involving Rockwell or any of its Affiliates with a Person with which DaVita or a DaVita Facility, as applicable, already has a purchase or rebate arrangement whether written or oral (a “Prior Agreement”), Rockwell or such Affiliate covenants and agrees that it shall continue to abide by all of the terms and conditions of such Prior Agreement or if DaVita requests, such Additional Product(s) shall be included in this Agreement on terms to be negotiated and determined by the parties hereto as provided in this Section 8.1.

  • Prior Locations (a) Set forth in Schedule 3(a) is the information required by Schedule 2(a), Schedule 2(b) or Schedule 2(c) with respect to each location or place of business previously maintained by each Company at any time during the past four months.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
