Power of Collection From Customer’s Account. The Credit Customer, Joint Debtor and his Guarantor/Guarantors hereby irrevocably agree, declare and acknowledge that the Bank shall be authorized to collect the amount/amounts of installments from all and any of the accounts of the Credit Customer held with the Bank, also including the deposit account used for depositing of wages, providing that the deposit account referred to in the attached repayment schedule will have priority thereon, and also to debit the collected amount to the same account on the due date of each installment as specified in the repayment schedule attached hereto. Payment of any one of the installments does not construe as payment of the previous installments and interests as well. Article 6- Prepayment: Ekte yer xxxx xxxxx planında/planlarında belirlenen ödeme tarihlerinden herhangi birinin hafta xxxx veya resmi tatile xxxx gelmesi halinde ilgili ödeme, hafta sonunu veya resmi tatil bitimini takip eden ilk iş günü gerçekleştirilecektir. Kredili Müşterinin, hesabın kapatılmamasına yönelik yazılı xxxxxx olması halinde veya mevduat hesabının, kredi ödemesi dışında diğer bankacılık işlemleri için de kullanıldığı durumlarda, söz konusu hesap, kredinin kapandığında BANKA’ca re’sen kapatılmayacaktır. Madde 5- Alacaklı Hesaptan Tahsilat Yetkisi Kredili Müşteri, Müşterek Borçlu ve Kefil/Kefiller, Ekte yer xxxx xxxxx planındaki her bir taksitin vadelerinde, taksit tutarının/tutarlarının Kredili Müşteri’nin maaşının yattığı hesap da dahil olmak üzere ekli ödeme planında belirtilen mevduat hesabının öncelikli olması kaydıyla BANKA nezdindeki tüm hesaplarından tahsiline ve tahsil olunan miktarın hesaba borç kaydedilmesine BANKA’nın yetkili olduğunu gayri kabili rücu olarak beyan, kabul ve taahhüt ederler. Taksitlerden herhangi birinin ödenmesi, önceki taksitlerin ve faizlerin ödendiği anlamında kabul edilemez.

Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.

  • Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations between the parties.
