Common use of Power of Leasing Clause in Contracts

Power of Leasing. The statutory powers of leasing may be exercised by the Security Agent at any time on or after the occurrence of an Event of Default which is continuing and the Security Agent and any Receiver may make any lease or agreement for lease, accept surrenders of leases and grant options on such terms as it shall think fit, without the need to comply with any restrictions imposed by Sections 99 and 100 of the Law of Property Xxx 0000.
