Common use of Power of Veto Clause in Contracts

Power of Veto. MSUASC council members shall have the power to veto any final decisions made by the Executive Board by a sixty percent (60%) majority. If the majority vote is reached, said ruling shall go back before the Council for discussion and a two-thirds (2/3) vote shall be required to pass or reverse the Executive Board’s ruling.
