Power to Appoint. The spouse of the Annuitant will have the power alone and in all events to appoint all amounts payable to the spouse under the contract if: a. just before the Annuitant's death, the Annuitant was the Owner; and b. the spouse is a direct beneficiary; and c. the spouse survives the Annuitant. o TO WHOM SPOUSE CAN APPOINT.
