Other Service. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Executive from serving on boards of directors of other companies or trade organizations and participating in charitable, community or religious activities that do not substantially interfere with his duties and responsibilities hereunder or conflict with the interest of the Company.
Other Service. Nothing herein shall in any way be deemed to limit the ability of any Agent or any Lender to serve any such writs, process or summonses in any other manner permitted by Applicable Law or to obtain jurisdiction over the Borrower in such other jurisdictions, and in such manner, as may be permitted by Applicable Law.
Other Service a. Where an employee has completed, in public schools, two consecutive periods of regular half-time employment, each of a minimum of eight months' duration, the two periods may be combined to constitute a year's experience.
b. Employees appointed for a full school year or calendar year (or eight months thereof) in British Columbia schools as bona fide part-time teachers qualify for experience credit proportionate to the percentage of time they are employed, with the requirement that for a year's credit, the cumulative percentage of time over a number of years must equate to at least eight months full-time employment (e.g., a person who teaches for two full school years on 40% time would qualify for a year's experience).
c. Partial year and short-term appointments, as determined in accordance with this article, totaling ten months or more, may be combined to constitute a year's experience.
Other Service. Each party to this Agreement irrevocably consents to service of process in the manner provided for notices in Section 10.01. Nothing in this Agreement will affect the right of any party to this Agreement to serve process in any other manner permitted by law.
Other Service. 47.1 Locomotive engineers in Yard or Transfer Service may be used temporarily in any service in the terminal in cases of necessity when their locomotive is required to work in other service or part of the terminal.
47.2 Rover positions may be established based on operational requirements. Rover positions will be assigned duties, which will facilitate train and yard operations. Such positions and duties will be governed by applicable yard rates and conditions.

42.1 Locomotive engineers in yard service may be used temporarily in any service in the terminal in case of necessity when their locomotive is required to work in other service or part of the terminal. Helper or Pusher Service in Connection with Yard Switching Service
42.2 Locomotive engineers ordered for helper or pusher service required to do switching in connection with their daily assignment will be paid yard rates and conditions. Rover Position
