Power to Make Calls. 18(1) Subject to Article 21, the Directors may from time to time make such calls as they think fit upon the members in respect of all or any moneys unpaid on the shares (whether on account of the nominal value of the shares or by way of premium) held by them respectively and which are not by the conditions of allotment thereof made payable at fixed times.
