Calls. (a) The Chargor must pay all calls or other payments due and payable in respect of any Security Asset.
(b) If the Chargor fails to do so, the Agent may pay the calls or other payments on behalf of the Chargor. The Chargor must immediately on request reimburse the Agent for any payment made by the Agent under this Subclause.
Calls. I/We shall duly and promptly pay all calls which may from time to time be made in respect of any unpaid moneys under any of the securities from time to time in the Securities Account and duly and promptly pay any other moneys which I/we may lawfully be required to pay in respect of any of the securities from time to time in the Securities Account. In default you may, but are not obliged to, make such payments on my/our behalf and any sums so paid by you shall be repayable by me/us on demand, together with any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result.
Calls. 4.1 Transpower may make a Call at any time before the start of the Call Period.
4.2 Each Call must specify:
(a) the time of the Call;
(b) the Block and Bid to which the Call relates; and
(c) the start and finish times of the Call Period, which must be the same as the Call Period in the Offer to which the Bid relates.
4.3 Transpower may cancel a Call by advising the Provider of the cancellation at any time before the start of the Call Period.
Calls. 2.1 Calls made by an End User on an Exchange Line provided pursuant to this Agreement can be made across the KCOM Network or other Communications Providers’ networks through Indirect Access. Where the CP wishes calls to be made across the KCOM Network the CP will enter into a separate agreement with KCOM for the provision of that service.
2.2 Where the CP has not entered into a separate agreement with KCOM for the provision of a calls service or has not made alternative arrangements with another Communications Provider, a default calls service will be provided pursuant to this Agreement and charged at the applicable Charges specified in the Price List.
2.3 KCOM will provide the CP with CDRs with details of direct dialled calls made by End Users in respect of the Exchange Lines to which this Agreement relates in the format and at such times as are set out in the Order Form as reasonably amended by KCOM from time to time.
Calls. Make calls, conditionally or unconditionally, on the members of the Owner in respect of all or any part of its uncalled capital with such and the same rights of enforcement as are conferred by the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Owner upon its directors in this respect;

(b) If a Chargor fails to do so, the Collateral Agent may (at its discretion) pay those calls or other payments on behalf of that Chargor. That Chargor must immediately on request reimburse the Collateral Agent for any payment made by the Collateral Agent under this Subclause and, pending reimbursement, that payment will constitute part of the Secured Obligations.
Calls. All calls for single non-recording musicians shall be made not later than 6:00 p.m. on the day preceding the call, except in emergency, and except that, at the end of any session, calls for the following day may be given to the musicians.
Calls. A call comprises ten (10) consecutive hours including make-up and wardrobe, meal and tea breaks, commencing at the time and place fixed by Practitioner and ending when the Performer is released at the time and place agreed. If the location is further than forty (40) kilometres from the call point, travel time shall be included in the call.
Calls. All calls for recording musicians shall be made not later than 6:00 p.m. on the day preceding the call, except in emergency, and except that, at the end of any recording session, calls for the following day may be given to the musicians. When the Producer has prior knowledge of a call for recording musicians, it will give advance notice of such call to the appropriate Federation Local. When Producer does not have such prior knowledge, calls for recording musicians shall be reported to the Federation promptly after the call is made. A confirmed call for underscoring may be cancelled upon ninety-six (96) or more hours notice. A call for pre-recording may be cancelled upon a notice of forty-eight (48) or more hours.
