Common use of POWER TRANSFER CAPABILITY Clause in Contracts

POWER TRANSFER CAPABILITY. The Merchant Transmission Facility and DAF shall be designed for continuous delivery to the POI as described under the following system conditions:  a controllable power transfer range of 60 to 600MW under AC voltage conditions of 0.95pu to 1.05pu at the POI and without the use of installed Merchant Transmission Facility spare equipment (defined as augmented valve and transformer cooling and one AC filter bank); and  a controllable power range of 60 to 660MW under the AC voltage conditions of 1.00 to 1.05pu at the POI and with the use of installed Merchant Transmission Facility spare equipment defined above.
