Power Utilization Level. If the average of the Customer’s six (6) highest Billing Demands (as such term is described in Service Tariff No. WNY-2) for Expansion Power and/or Replacement Power is less than 90% of the Customer’s Contract Demand in such calendar year the Authority may reduce the Contract Demand subject to in accordance with the procedures provide in Section III.5 of this Schedule.
