Facility Access. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.
Facility Access. Subscriber will have access to the Solar Facility upon three (3) days’ notice to the Cooperative’s business office. The Cooperative reserves the right to restrict Subscriber access in its sole discretion.
Facility Access. No User may access the facility except in accordance with this Agreement. All requests are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Requests will be reviewed based on District policy, facility, and staff availability. District reserved the right to deny any request which is deemed inappropriate.
Facility Access. To the extent Contractor is required to be on the University’s premises in the performance of any contract, Contractor and its representatives will adhere to the University’s reasonable safety and security policies and procedures, and will use commercially reasonable efforts not to interfere with the University’s regular operations. Contractor further agrees to, upon request, include the University as an additional insured on its general liability insurance policy on a primary and non-contributory basis and provide the University with a certificate of insurance.
Facility Access. A. Client Agency Designee shall provide the Contractor's on-Site supervisor with building entry keys, key card and code access, as applicable (collectively “Keys”) to the Facility. The on-site supervisor shall be authorized to lock or unlock doors for Contractor’s employees. The Contractor is responsible for informing its employees of all security measures. All Keys will remain the property of the State and Contractor or Contractor Parties shall not duplicate the Keys.
B. Contractor shall report lost Keys to the Client Agency Designee within two (2) hours after the Contractor or Contractor Parties are notified or become aware that the Keys are lost. Contractor shall accept full responsibility for lost Keys and pay for all expenses including, but not limited to, re-keying of the Facility. Contractor’s failure to report the lost Keys, accept full responsibility or pay for all expenses may be grounds for immediate Termination of the Contract.
C. The Contractor shall immediately return all Keys to the Client Agency Designee upon the Client Agency’s request. If Keys are not returned, the Client Agency shall charge the Contractor for re-keying all affected locksets.
Facility Access. The building and premises, including keys thereto, shall be at all times under the control of the Management. Authorized representatives of the Center shall have the right to enter the premises at all times during the periods covered by the Contract. Building management will pay for all security that is deemed necessary by Management. The presence or lack of guards shall not alter the fact that Queen Creek Performing Arts Center, under the terms of the Rental Agreement, assumes no liability for the loss, theft or damage to the property of the User.
Facility Access. The Association shall have reasonable access during normal College hours to all College-owned or operated facilities in which members of the bargaining unit work, provided such access does not interfere with or disrupt normal College operations.
Facility Access. Subscriber may be given limited access to tour the Solar Facility during scheduled touring dates.
Facility Access. HSMC will provide, or assure the availability of an appropriate facility that will provide admitting Stray non-dog animals 24 hours a day, 7-days a week, that are dropped off by humane and law enforcement officers operating within the geographical boundaries of Marathon County. Private individuals dropping off a non-dog stray must do so during public business hours or coordinate with the municipality representative.
Facility Access. Representatives of the Association, after first notifying the Health Officer or his/her designated representative, may visit the areas of the Facility where the registered professional nurses they represent are located for the purpose of representing such nurses in accordance with this Agreement, provided that such visits occur at reasonable intervals during working hours and they do not interfere with the normal operations of the Facility.
