Powers Additional to LPA 1925. The powers conferred by the Trust Deed in relation to the Mortgaged Property of any Series or any part thereof on the Trustee or on any receiver of such property or any part thereof shall be in addition to and not in substitution for the powers conferred on mortgagees or receivers under the Law of Property Act 1925 and where there is any ambiguity or conflict between the powers contained in such Act and those conferred by the Trust Deed, the terms of the Trust Deed shall prevail.
