Trust Deed definition

Trust Deed means the Trust Deed dated December 9, 2002 of UTI Mutual Fund.
Trust Deed or “Deed” means the Trust Deed of the Fund executed between the Management Company and the Trustee along with all the exhibits appended hereto.
Trust Deed means the deed dated 20 February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager constituting the Burswood Property Trust as amended consolidated and replaced by a deed dated 18 April 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager and includes such last mentioned deed as thereafter from time to time altered or amended with the prior approval of the Minister;

  • An employee retrenched under this Agreement shall be entitled to their full share of the Company Superannuation fund in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed.

Trust Deed means a trust deed in the form, or substantially in the form, set out in schedule 5;
