Common use of Powers and Duties of the President Clause in Contracts

Powers and Duties of the President. Unless the managers otherwise determine, the President, if elected, shall have the authority to agree upon and execute all leases, contracts, powers of attorney, evidences of indebtedness and other obligations in the name of the Company; and he shall have such other powers and duties as designated in accordance with this Agreement and as from time to time may be assigned to him by the managers.

Powers and Duties of the President. Unless Subject to the managers otherwise determinecontrol of the Members and the other terms of this Agreement, the President, if elected, President shall have general executive charge, management and control of the authority properties, business and operations of the Company with all such powers as may be reasonably incident to such responsibilities; subject to Section 8.1, he may agree upon and execute all leases, contracts, powers of attorney, evidences of indebtedness and other obligations in the name of the Company and may sign all certificates for Units of the Company; and he shall have such other powers and duties as designated in accordance with this Agreement and as from time to time may be assigned to him from time to time by the managersMembers.
