Powers and duties of the Security Trustee. 16.15.1 The Security Trustee shall have no duties, obligations or liabilities to any of the Lenders and the Agent beyond those expressly stated in any of the Security Documents. Each of the Agent and the Lenders hereby authorises the Security Trustee to enter into and execute: (a) each of the Security Documents to which the Security Trustee is or is intended to be a party; and (b) any and all such other Security Documents as may be approved by the Agent in writing (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders) for entry into by the Security Trustee, and, in each and every case, to hold any and all security thereby created upon trust for the Lenders and the Agent for the time being in the manner contemplated by this Agreement. 16.15.2 Subject to clause 16.
