Common use of Powers of Manager; Management Agreement Clause in Contracts

Powers of Manager; Management Agreement. The Manager shall have full and complete authority, power and discretion to manage and control the business, affairs and properties of the Company, to make all decisions regarding those matters, to execute any contracts or other instruments on behalf of the Company, and to perform any and all other acts or activities customary or incidental to the management of the Company’s business. The Company and the Manager have entered into an agreement captioned “Management Services Agreement” and dated September 1, 2016 (the “Management Agreement”). The Management Agreement describes certain services to be provided by the Manager to the Company, but shall not be construed to limit the authority of the Manager under this Agreement.
