Common use of Powers of the Trustees Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Powers of the Trustees Upon Termination. After the date on which the Trustees are required to discharge the liabilities of and liquidate the Trust, the Trustees shall carry on no activities except for the purpose of winding-up the affairs of the Trust as hereinafter provided and, for this purpose, the Trustees shall continue to be vested with and may exercise all or any of the powers conferred upon the Trustees under this Contract of Trust.
