Common use of Powers Clause in Contracts

Powers. It has the power to execute this Agreement and any other documentation relating to this Agreement to which it is a party, to deliver this Agreement and any other documentation relating to this Agreement that it is required by this Agreement to deliver and to perform its obligations under this Agreement and any obligations it has under any Credit Support Document to which it is a party and has taken all necessary action to authorise such execution, delivery and performance;

Powers. It has the power and authority to execute this Agreement and any other documentation relating to this Agreement Transaction Documents to which it is a party, to deliver this Agreement and any other Transaction Documents to which it is a party and any other documentation relating to this Agreement hereto and thereto that it is required by this Agreement any of such agreements to deliver and to perform its obligations under this Agreement and any obligations it has under any Credit Support Document other Transaction Documents to which it is a party and has taken all necessary action to authorise such execution, delivery and performance;; and this Agreement has been, and each other such document will be, duly executed and delivered by it.

Powers.
