Common use of PPD Indemnity Clause in Contracts

PPD Indemnity. PPD shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor and its Agents from and against any and all damages, liabilities, losses, fines, penalties, settlement amounts, cost and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, expert witnesses and court costs, incurred in connection with any Claim to the extent arising from the negligence or intentional misconduct of PPD or its Agents.

PPD Indemnity. PPD shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor and its Agents harmless from and against any and all damages, liabilities, losses, fines, penalties, settlement amounts, cost and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, expert witnesses and court costs, incurred in connection with any Claim to the extent arising determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to have arisen from the negligence or intentional misconduct of PPD or its AgentsAgents or resulting from PPD’s breach of any of its obligations under this Agreement.
