Common use of PPS Audits Clause in Contracts

PPS Audits. SCC and its representatives shall have the right, during regular business hours and with reasonable notice, to perform audits and inspections of you and your operations to ensure compliance with this Agreement, including without limitation satisfaction of performance measures, right to any DSRIP Funds, use of DSRIP Funds, data security, compliance with the DEAA, and other matters relating to the DSRIP Program. For purposes of such audits and inspections, you shall provide SCC and its representatives such information and assistance as requested in order to perform such audits and inspections.
