Practice Ammunition. The Sheriff shall make available up to 50 rounds of practice ammunition per month per employee upon the employee’s request. This obligation is dependent on such ammunition being available for purchase by the Sheriff.
Practice Ammunition. The County shall provide sixty (60) rounds of practice ammunition to be used for supervised range firing, each month for each employee who is required to qualify.
Practice Ammunition. (a) The City shall make available, at its expense, 600 rounds of ammunition each year for each employee covered by this Agreement who is required regularly to carry a weapon in the line of duty, for use by employees desiring to improve or maintain proficiency with their weapons.
(b) The City shall provide 4800 rounds of submachine gun ammunition and 1200 rounds of ammunition for each sniper rifle in the arsenal, and an additional 600 rounds of handgun ammunition for each member of the tactical team.
Practice Ammunition. The City will supply to each command officer no more than two hundred (200) rounds of practice ammunition each calendar quarter. This will be for duty weapons only. The employee must, at the end of each calendar quarter, turn in his/her unfired or fired ammunition which is approximately equivalent to the last quarter’s issue to receive his next allowance. This will be turned into the range officer. Upon request, additional ammunition may be supplied for practice purposes upon approval of the Chief. Each Sergeant or Captain will be required to qualify with firearms in accordance with the Regulations of the Fostoria police department no more than four (4) times per year.
Practice Ammunition. Personnel required to qualify with handguns shall be issued up to twenty-five (25) rounds of practice ammunition quarterly, provided they return and account for all spent shell casings before receiving the next issue.
Practice Ammunition. The City will supply each officer including specialized response team members with no more than two hundred (200) rounds of practice ammunition each calendar quarter for duty weapons. Each officer must turn in brass and/or unfired ammunition to the range officer which is approximately equivalent to the last quarter issue to receive the next quarter issue. Upon request, additional ammunition may be supplied for practice purposes upon approval of the Chief. Each patrol officer will be required to qualify with firearms in accordance with the Regulations of the Fostoria Police Department no more than four (4) times each year.
Practice Ammunition. The Employer shall provide to each Bargaining Unit member upon their request fifty (50) rounds of ammunition per month for their duty weapon for the purpose of maintaining firearms proficiency, to be used at the Alliance Police Range.
Practice Ammunition. Fifty (50) rounds of practice ammunition shall be made available to each officer per month. Officers who are unable to use their monthly allotted ammunition may receive their unused allotment in subsequent months for use throughout the year, provided that ammunition is available.
Practice Ammunition. The Village of Kalkaska agrees to provide twenty five (25) rounds of ammunition for practice monthly, if requested, and also to furnish duty rounds twice a year on departmental call in.
Practice Ammunition. The Employer will provide each Officer with one-thousand (1000) rounds of practice ammunition annually excluding duty ammo used during annual qualifications. The Employer will provide for at least one hour of range time per month at range facilities approved of by the Employer.
