Practice of Architecture and Engineering. The OWNER may retain copies of documents, including digital copies, for information and reference in connection with the Program of Requirements. Because of the possibility that information and data delivered in machine readable form may be altered, whether inadvertently or otherwise, the A/E reserves the right to retain the original tapes/disks.
