Common use of Practice of Architecture Clause in Contracts

Practice of Architecture. refers to the provision of architectural services in connection with urban planning and the design, construction, conservation, restoration or alteration of a building or group of buildings. Subject to the Host Country's domestic regulations, these professional services include, but are not limited to, planning and land-use planning, urban design, provi• sion of preliminary studies, designs, models, drawings, specifications and technical documentation, coordina• tion of technical documentation prepared by others (consulting engineers, xxxxx xxxxxxxx, landscape architects and other specialist consultants) as appro• priate and without limitation, construction economics, contract administration, monitoring and supervision of construction and project management.
