Pre-authorized Debits. You may make periodic direct withdrawals from your share or checking account to a particular person or company, which you have arranged with that person or company, provided you have enough funds in your account to cover the payment.

In the event that the Fee is unsuccessfully debited from the customer’s bank account, the customer T shall be responsible for payment of any charges or other penalties charged to BSG by Plooto or an applicable financial institution as a result of the unsuccessful debit, and to pay BSG the amount of the charge incurred (“Failed Transaction Fee”).
