Pre-designated Day Off Guarantee. Any employee called for work on his pre-design- ated day off, as established in the work schedule provisions, shall be guaranteed eight hours work at the overtime rate of pay if the employee is available for eight hours, with the exception that this clause shall not apply if, in order to cover the store, the employee is required to work in the event of emergency and no regular relief help is available.
