Pre-Discharge Proceedings. Prior to implementation of a discharge decision, a regular employee shall receive written notice of the pending discharge, be given its basic reason(s) and be allowed an opportunity to respond to the notice, if so desired. For such a response meeting, the employee may request representation by a Union Delegate.
