Centrum klinického hodnocení proto souhlasí s tím, že Zadavatel bude mít právo obrátit se na kterýkoli místně příslušný soud a domáhat se u něj soudního příkazu a nařizujícího plnění, aniž by to mělo dopad na jakákoli nápravná opatření ve prospěch Zadavatele na základě zákona nebo práva ekvity. 3.6
