Common use of Pre-Existing Units Clause in Contracts

Pre-Existing Units. Corporate-Liable Active Units activated under an agreement that was superseded by this Enrollment Agreement will remain subject to the early termination fee set forth in the superseded agreement until expiration of the original Minimum Service Term.
