Common use of Pre-Grant Agreement Execution Costs Clause in Contracts

Pre-Grant Agreement Execution Costs. After the execution of this Grant Agreement, the Grantee may include in its HOPE VI Budget, and draw down funds for, costs that were incurred under the Revitalization Plan prior to execution of this Grant Agreement, provided that such costs: (a) were incurred after the date of HUD's notification letter awarding this HOPE VI Revitalization Grant to the Grantee (the date of the letter was May 20, 2011); and (b) are directly associated with the activities under the Revitalization Plan to be funded HOPE VI Grant funds.

Pre-Grant Agreement Execution Costs. After the execution of this Grant Agreement, the Grantee may include in its Overall HOPE VI Budget, and draw down funds for, costs that were incurred under the Revitalization Plan prior to execution of this Grant Agreement, provided that such costs: (a) were incurred after the date of HUD's notification letter awarding this HOPE VI Revitalization Grant to the Grantee (the date of the letter was May 20March 19, 20112003); and (b) are directly associated with the activities under the Revitalization Plan to be funded HOPE VI Grant funds.
