Pre-Launch Marketing Activities. After the Effective Time and prior to the Approval Date, Coronado shall undertake the following pre-launch marketing activities with respect to the Product in furtherance of its obligations to Commercialize the Product (the “Pre-Launch Marketing Activities”):
