Pre-Production Sample Clauses
The Pre-Production clause outlines the requirements and procedures that must be completed before the main production phase of a project begins. Typically, this includes tasks such as finalizing scripts, securing locations, casting, budgeting, and obtaining necessary approvals or permits. By clearly defining these preparatory steps, the clause ensures that all parties are aligned on expectations and responsibilities, reducing the risk of delays or misunderstandings once production starts.
