Pre-Program Activities and Galapagos Programs. Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, Galapagos shall be solely responsible, in its discretion and at its sole cost and expense, for conducting all Manufacturing activities with respect to all Pre-Program Activities and each Galapagos Program.
