Common use of Pre-Retirement Programs Clause in Contracts

Pre-Retirement Programs. The Employer shall request the Public Employees Retirement System to conduct pre-retirement programs or it may conduct such programs for employees who are within one (1) year of eligibility for full retirement. Such training, if provided, shall be during regular working hours and eligible employees scheduled to work at that time shall be given time off to attend the training. Employees may attend only one (1) training session.
