Common use of Preamble and Annexes Clause in Contracts

Preamble and Annexes. This Agreement shall be interpreted in the light of its Preamble and Union Law, in particular, Decision No 1082/2013/EU, the Financial Regulation and the Rules of Application. The Annexes to this Agreement shall constitute an integral part thereof.
