Precedences. Any terms and conditions added or referenced by either party in any purchase order, confirmation, acceptance or any similar document purporting to modify the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, shall be disregarded unless expressly agreed upon in writing signed by the parties, which expressly amends this Agreement. The preprinted terms and conditions of purchase orders, acceptances, confirmations and similar business documents shall have no effect as amendments of, objections to, or modifications of this Agreement.
