Preconditions to Use of Card and Account. 1.1.1 You will only be permitted to perform a Transaction after we have approved your request for an Account in response to your submission of a properly completed Application. 1.1.2 You will not be able to perform a Transaction with your Card until you activate your Card in accordance with the instructions accompanying your Card. 1.1.3 You must sign your name on the signature panel on the back of your Card as soon as you receive it to protect you and us from claims of unauthorized use. You will be obligated to repay all Transactions initiated by any Person who uses your Card, Card Number, Convenience Check, or Account with your permission.
