Common use of Predictable Disability Clause in Contracts

Predictable Disability. 1. In the case of a predictable disability, the guidelines of the Family Medical Leave Act may apply. Leaves up to twelve (12) weeks will be requested under the terms of this Act as explained in Clarkston Board of Education Policy 4430.01. Leaves granted pursuant to any section of this Article shall count toward leave to which the employee may be entitled under the FMLA.
