Predominant Customers. Except as set forth on Section 4.22 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, no single customer of the Company or the Subsidiary accounts or accounted for over five percent (5%) of the total consolidated revenues of the Company and the Subsidiary (the "COMPANY DOLLAR THRESHOLD") during the twelve month period immediately preceding the date of this Agreement.
