Preference must be given to people with previous practical experience in construction and / or who come from households: a) where the head of the household has less than a primary school education;b) that have less than one full time person earning an income;c) where subsistence agriculture is the source of income;d) those who are not in receipt of any social security pension income 3.1.1.6 The Contractor shall endeavor to ensure that the expenditure on the employment of temporary workers is in the following proportions: a) 25 % women;b) 50% youth who are between the ages of 18 and 25; andc) 2% on persons with disabilities. 3.1.2 Specific provisions pertaining to SANS 1914-5
