PREFERRED ENTRY. Section 1. The parties seek to construct and expand pathways to apprenticeship training and lifetime careers for individuals who have been defined as priorities for SPS (see SPS Priority Hires and SPS Diversity Hires in DEFINITIONS). This facilitates a workforce reflective of the diversity of the Seattle Public School students and households, neighborhoods and communities and will facilitate the greatest total economic return and benefit of the project costs to return back to the residents and taxpayers of SPS.
