Common use of Preliminary Consideration Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Consideration. When a complaint of bullying harassment, intimidation, cyberbullying or retaliation is brought to the attention of an administrator, an assessment is made as to whether any initial steps need to be taken to protect the well-being of students and to prevent disruption of the learning environment while the investigation is being conducted.
