Preliminary Contract Schedule. No later than thirty (30) days after receiving the Notice to Proceed under Article 5 of the General Construction Provisions, Contractor shall furnish to the District Representative three (3) hard copies and one copy in electronic format of a Preliminary Contract Schedule. The Preliminary Contract Schedule shall be based on and incorporate the Contract Milestones and Completion Date specified in the Work Plan and Schedule (Attachment 1 to the Project Manual, Exhibit B to the Facilities Lease). The Preliminary Contract Schedule shall indicate the detailed plan for the Work to be completed in the first ninety (90) days; details of planned mobilization of plant and equipment; sequence of early operations; and procurement of materials and equipment. Work beyond ninety (90) days shall be shown in summary form.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.
