Preliminary Report. The Engineer shall summarize the data collection and timing plan generation results for each signal system to be timed in a Preliminary Report to be submitted to the State for review. a. The Engineer shall submit to the State one copy of the signal timing plans - splits and offsets - in a tabular form and also one set of time-space diagrams for each signal system for each peak period. The Preliminary Report may be submitted as either a hardcopy or by e-mail in PDF format. b. The Engineer shall meet the State staff for a technical review meeting. The Engineer shall discuss the time frame for implementing the timing plans in the field by the State or Engineer. The Engineer shall incorporate the review comments from this meeting into the Final Report.
